I have had the pleasure of using them twice. Once was for the happiest day of my life and one unfortunelty the saddest. I used them for my wedding, I went in looking for prices and after the 2 hours Janet the owner spent with me I decided my search was over. I told her my vision and she took it to the next level and to a place I never could imagine. I was not much for flowers and even considered not having them, but she changed my mind. She was not only inventive with what she brought to the table but she was reasonable in price. When she delivered the flowers to my home I was beyond amazed with the beauty that she created, everyone said the same thing. She then went to my church decorated the church exactly as we dicussed. I had order flowers to honor the special people in my life and when she asked me thier names I thought she was going to put thier names on them so they can help themselves. That wasn't what she did at all, dressed very nicely (which I thought was a great touch) she greeted each of my guests as they walked in and asked for the people by name, gifted them thier flowers. My family was blown away with what she had done and it was the talk of the day. A few months later sadly my mother in law passed away and we talked about flowers as a family I knew there was no place else I could go. She was available for me after shop hours talked with us, cried with us and helped us to pick flowers that would honor my mother in law for that day, we loved her so much we offered her name to every peron requesting to send flowers. . My mother in law love butterflies and in every arrangement that came from her had a wonderful butterfly pick in it, even though it wasn't asked for. She posted her condolenses on thier facebook wall which I thought was a very personal touch. When we arrived at the funeral home thier was a nice simple arrangement from the shop itself which again I thought was beyond classy. Janet is in the business to make your dreams come true for a wedding and brighten up the sad times of a funeral. I have received flowers from her for my birthday and other occasions from my husband and have never once been disappointed. The staff is amazing and everyone is helpful. I just have to point out one last thing......I have a florist within walking distance of my house and choose not to go to her becuase I wouldn't get what I did from The Enchanted Florist. They are almost an hour away and worth every minute spent in the car to get the most beautiful flowers in the world. See for yourself you will not be disappointed. Very poor customer service. Employee didn't know what was going on at the shop. The owner is very hard to get a hold of to make any complaints. When you leave messages for the owner with employee there are no call backs.
